Easy-to-use time tracking software

Monitask for Android allows employees and freelancers to manually start a clock when they start working on a task for employers, submit time offline, and view reports.

How it works

On the Timer screen, tap the Play button and select the project with the task you are working on, optionally add photos and tap the Clock In button. Track the time and tap the Pause button. Your time will sync with your account and will be visible on the Calendar and Report screens

Calendar

From the Calendar screen, you can browse all time entries, filter them by project/task, and sort them. Tap any time entry and you'll see its details:

- Start/end time and duration

- Point entry/exit locations

- Attached photos and screenshots

From this screen, you can also change the time entry project and task, divide the time into multiple subtasks, or delete.

Report

The report screen allows you to have a complete view of how much time you spend on your projects/tasks. You can select any predefined or custom interval for which the report is rendered and see a breakdown of time tracked by day, project, and task. You can also export the report and share it with your employer.

Prerequisites

- You need an active Monitask account to use this app. You can register an account here https://app.monitask.com/account/register
